Shipping Areas

We currently deliver to all major cities and most towns across Pakistan.

Order Processing

• Orders are processed within 1–2 business days.
• Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

Delivery Time

• Major Cities: 2–4 business days
• Other Areas: 3–7 business days

Delivery times may vary due to weather, public holidays, or courier delays.

Shipping Charges

• Free Shipping on orders above Rs. 2,999
• Orders below Rs. 2,999 may have a standard shipping fee displayed at checkout.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via SMS or email (if available).

Failed Deliveries

If the customer is unavailable or provides an incorrect address/phone number, the courier may attempt delivery again. If delivery is unsuccessful, the order may be returned to us.

If your order arrives damaged or any item is missing, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order with clear photos.
